Order Processing & Delivery

Processing Time:All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days(24 hours after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time:Estimated delivery takes 7 to 12 business days. The maximum total delivery time will not exceed 14 business days.

Shipping Methods:Air freight via Yanwen, Yun Express, PostNord, or local postal services.

Shipping Costs:We offer Free Shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking & Issues

Tracking:Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at www.17track.net. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Missing or Damaged Packages:If you do not receive your order within 2 days of the delivery confirmation email, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tangvik@namunane-v.com with your order number and photos of the condition.

Address Issues:Incorrect addresses or requests to send to another address may result in additional address change fees.
