Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order unconditionally as long as the cancellation request is initiated before the order has been shipped and falls within the allowable cancellation timeframe specified on our website.

 

14-Day Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. The 14-day period begins on the shipping date of your order. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

Return Conditions

Returnable products must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in their original packaging. You should only test the product as you would in a store. Excessive use will reduce its value and may result in a partial or full refusal of your refund.

Non-returnable products:Perishable goods (food, flowers), personal hygiene items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, gift cards, and downloadable software.

 

 

Return Process & Address

Please do not return products to the manufacturer. Before returning any package, you must confirm the status by emailing tangvik@namunane-v.com to receive authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be refunded.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective Products:You will not incur any costs. We cover the return shipping.

Customer Remorse / Wrong Item:If the product is not defective and you wish to return or exchange it, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. (If the value exceeds £799/$799, we recommend using a tracking service).

 

Refund Method & Timeframe

Refund Method:Once approved, refunds are automatically returned to the consumer's original payment account (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Delivery Time:The platform takes 1 working dayto process the refund. It usually takes 1 to 7 working days for the funds to arrive in your original payment account, depending on your bank's processing speed.
